Project Delivery

The Project Delivery branch provides planning, design, and construction of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and grant-funded projects on an annual basis. The team provides oversight and coordination of external agency led projects impacting City facilities. Programs within Project Delivery include Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), Traffic Signals, Intersection Safety, Council District Service Funds (CDSF), Sidewalks, Bikeways, Street Rehabilitation, and Interagency Coordination.

Rehabilitation

Facilitates the design and construction of street rehabilitation efforts throughout the city.

Interagency Agreements, Operating Budget and Contracts.

Capital Improvement Project Planning, GIS Mapping, Interagency Projects, Design Concept Report, Community Outreach

Transportation
