Project Delivery Support
The Office of Project Delivery Support coordinates and oversees the operating budget, interagency agreements, capital improvement contracts, and processes for internal improvement initiatives for the Project Delivery Branch.
Project Delivery Support aims to provide the best customer service and support to our internal and external partners.
- Operating Budget – Operates with a budget of $6.8M, which supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Project Delivery Branch.
- Capital Improvement Contracts – Facilitates the implementation of managing all Project Delivery’s contracts through the creation, execution, and analysis lifecycle to maximize the operational and financial performance of the contract while reducing financial risk.
- Interagency Agreements - Forges sustainable, long-term partnerships based on collaboration through interlocal agreements on City improvements and upward mobility of mutual interest with neighboring governmental agencies.
