Capital Projects manages the critical improvements that make Houston better every single day by delivering large-scale new construction projects of Houston Public Works existing Street, Drainage, Water, and Wastewater facilities. Our mission is to innovate, design, and deliver perfect projects! To accomplish this, the Capital Projects team is comprised of six delivery lines: Facilities, Infrastructure, Project Management Office, Project Support Services, Real Estate, and Technical Support Services. Together, we create a strong foundation for Houston to thrive!
